We’re looking for a Director of Partnerships to build reseller and affiliate partnerships into a repeatable, predictable and significant contributor to our ARR.

The role would report directly to the CEO. This role requires a highly motivated self starter who is looking to make a big impact at a fast growing company. The ideal candidate should have experience working with resellers and affiliates selling to customers globally in the past.


  • Own the reseller and affiliate channels
  • Build up a startup partnership program to engage promising companies early on
  • Build a partner program focused on operational excellence - repeatably recruit, onboard and engage patterns who we can form mutually beneficial relationships with.
  • Own the revenue outcome from the reseller and affiliate channels, and collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure everyone works towards these outcomes.
  • Scale up the program to become a significant contribute of Hiver’s ARR growth in 12 months


  • 7+ years of experience in managing and building a partnership program for a SAAS product
  • Experience of having worked with patterns across the globe, including non-English speaking geographies.
  • Excellent communication and ability to interact and work with the C-suite and closely with the sales, marketing and product leadership teams.
  • Motivated self-starter, with a hunger to make a big impact at this role
