Opportunity

Hiver is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to drive bottom-of-the-funnel leads through paid advertising.

Years of Experience

6-8 years with at least 4 years of recent core experience in paid marketing. You should have proven expertise in Google Ads. 

What you’ll be doing

  • End-to-end ownership and optimization of PPC funnel (right from keyword research, account structure, bid management, to writing ad and landing page copy) 
  • Work with developers and designers to build landing pages
  • Work with the Content and Outbound teams to run retargeting campaigns
  • Explore and manage all paid partnerships (example G2 Crowd)  
  • Rigorously A/B test to maximize the ROI from each channel
  • Optimize not just to increase the ads platform conversions (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) but each stage of the funnel right to ‘customer’ while maintaining CAC:LTV
  • Hire paid marketing specialists and grow the function

What we expect

  • You have an analytical mindset and are obsessed with ROI. You know when to pause campaigns/adgroups/keywords/ads/geo-locations and when to double down
  • You’re comfortable with copywriting
  • Up-to-date with the best practices in online paid acquisition and measurement but aren’t reluctant to still A/B test
  • You take the time to deeply understand a target audience and device campaigns that inform, engage, and motivate to act
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly high-level progress reports on campaign performance, advice next steps, and share any learnings vis-a-vis messaging, targeting etc
  • A team-player who can pick up ad-hoc relatable projects/tasks when urgently required
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads platform
  • You’ve worked with companies where the primary target market is US
  • You value speed and moving fast

  • Managed a monthly ads budget upward of $200k
  • Experienced MS-Excel/Google Sheets user
  • Experienced Google Analytics user
  • You know your way around CRMs like HubSpot
